Sharp Surveys has four main Survey Types: Scoring, Ranking, More or Less and Win or Lose survey types.  Each Survey is intuitive and easy to answer, and they all provide clear, data-driven, actionable results.

Scoring: This Survey Type is our most flexible. Ask your main Survey Question, for one or more Choices, across a range of Metrics, to build up to a combined score for each Choice.  You will see which Choice wins, and the scores for them all.

Examples of good Scoring questions.
Which candidate should we hire?
Rate these products.
Compare these alternative choices?
Product Feedback on ...?
How highly do you rate working for ....?

Ranking: This Survey Type has the same flexibility as the Scoring format, but instead of scoring your respondents rank the Choices from first to last for each Metric being considered. You can use similar questions as for Scoring type.

More or Less: This Survey Type is great for getting feedback about how much more or less respondents prefer one choice over an alternative. Ask your main Survey Question, for exactly two Choices, across a range of Metrics, to build up to a combined score for each Choice. You will see which Choice wins, and by how much.

Win or Lose: Use this format instead of the More or Less format, when you want a more decisive response between two potential Choices.  Win or Lose surveys ask people to select the winner for each Metric (you can also add a draw option if needed). Examples would be include more clear cut versions of the More or Less questions, and Pass/Fail or similar filtering decisions.
